# GrowGreen Last updated: 2026-10-08 > GrowGreen (growgreen.finance) is a Clearworld brand: the site through which Clearworld BV sells Paulownia trees in plantations in Belgium and France. Buyers own registered trees at €106 each, VAT included. The promised return is €6 per tree per year, rising to €7 from the tenth tree and up to €9 with a subscription or with friends. At harvest, after 7 to 9 years, Clearworld BV intends to buy the tree back out of the timber sale. That is a right of Clearworld BV, not an obligation. Every amount is promised by Clearworld, not guaranteed; buyers can lose all or part of what they paid. GrowGreen is a brand of Clearworld BV. GrowGreen is operated for Clearworld BV (BE 1005.600.483), which sells the trees, pays the yearly amount and holds the buyer's contract; growgreen.finance is Clearworld BV's international site. Clearworld BV is the publisher, seller and offeror on growgreen.finance. GrowGreen is not a sales agent and not a separate company, and promises nothing itself. GrowGreen at growgreen.finance is not connected with GrowGreen SPRL in Schaerbeek (BE 0681.441.727) or any other company of the same name; company details for GrowGreen's trees are Clearworld BV's. Clearworld BV plants the trees on land it owns, maintains and harvests them, owes the yearly return and the buyback, and carries the risk; the customer's contract is with Clearworld BV. GrowGreen runs the site and the customer's account for Clearworld BV. The site is in English. Ordering is not open yet and no opening date has been set; visitors can reserve trees by email and receive the risk factors first. A reservation is not an order. ## The offer (facts) - Price: €106 per tree, VAT included (6% VAT on a €100 price). - Order size: 1 to 50 trees per order on the GrowGreen site, and at most €5,000 per project, per person, counted across all of a buyer's orders in that project. - Promised return: €6 per tree per year on every tree. This is a promise by Clearworld BV, not a guarantee. Returns are stated in euros per tree, never as a percentage. - Steps on top of that base, each promised by Clearworld BV: €1 more a year on every tree from the tenth tree; €1 more on subscription trees once a monthly subscription has run three paid months; €1 more on every tree per friend who buys with your code, two friends at most, kept once earned; at most €9 per tree per year. - Payouts: the return is a yearly amount per tree. The first falls due in the same month of the following year. It is credited to the balance Clearworld BV keeps for the buyer and paid to the buyer's bank account on request, from €5, with transaction costs; in cash, not reinvested, not compounded. The exact date the return starts to accrue is confirmed at checkout. - Subscription: a number of trees or a fixed amount every month, by SEPA direct debit. - Payment: the customer's payment goes to Clearworld BV, the seller. GrowGreen never holds customer money. - Individual trees are assigned once they are established, which takes about two years; each then has its own serial number and GPS coordinates. - Timber: sold after 7 to 9 years. At harvest Clearworld BV intends to buy the tree back out of the timber sale. That is a right, not an obligation. - Clearworld BV finalises an order within 2 to 3 days of payment: the trees are allocated to the plantation it has open and the buyer receives the purchase confirmation and invoice. Each tree is then registered individually, with its own serial number and GPS coordinates. Clearworld BV checks its plantations by drone, and plants more trees than it sells to keep reserve plantations (one in France) for replacing damaged trees, as far as those reserves allow. - CO₂: Clearworld BV's own figure is 0.1 tonnes per tree per year. - Plantations: in Belgium and France, on land Clearworld BV owns. ## Cancelling For orders placed through GrowGreen the legal 14-day cooling-off period applies: a buyer can withdraw from an order within 14 days, without giving a reason. Ordering is not open yet. ## Main risks (summary) Total loss is possible. Yearly payments depend on CO₂ certificate sales and on Clearworld BV's reserves. There is no secondary market for the trees. Clearworld BV is highly leveraged and its land is mortgaged.
